Dan & Dawn
We are very proud to have a magnificent team here at F42, working so closely with our customers and suppliers every day, ensuring that we can continue to deliver our services, safely, consistently and with first class support.
In 2017, F42 Travel was founded by our managing director, Dan Freeman, alongside his wife, and our financial director, Dawn. Through their extensive experience in business management within the car rental industry, Dan and Dawn identified a need to support Formula One with efficient transport management.
Over the last six years, Dan and Dawn have grown the business to provide a VIP bespoke transport logistics service to Formula One Management, the FIA, F1 teams such as Aston Martin, Mercedes and Ferrari, as well as the media including Sky Sports, Netflix and Channel 4.
As the business continues to grow from strength to strength, Dan and Dawn are thrilled with the hard work from the team catapulting F42 into other ventures including Formula E, Moto GP, WEC and other sporting events.

Dan Palmer
Team & Logistics Manager
Dan returned to F42 in 2023 to lead our team from the front, and we couldn't think of anyone better for the task.
Having worked in car rental, operations and logistics, and line management for over a decade, Dan is able to deliver unparalleled car hire services and ensures a seamless transportation solution for our clients who operate in dynamic and time-sensitive environments.
Dan’s expert skills have proven to be paramount in our recent growth into exciting new sectors.

Samantha Pape
Senior Account & Comms Manager
Working closely with the senior team on strategic forward planning, as well as leading our account execs in event coordination, account management, and growth, Sam brings great experience to the team.
She works closely with F1 Management, as well as our portfolio of high-profile clients, to provide an excellent and flawless VIP service around the globe.
With her skills and industry knowledge in PR, Sam also manages all internal and external communications for the business .

Charles Mugglestone
Account Executive & Event Coordinator
Charlie provides our logistics and on-site event coordination service around the world.
With his extensive experience in car rental, business management, and motorsport racing, Charlie is one of our account executives dedicated to looking after our clients specifically in the motorsport sector.
To top it off, Charlie is also a committed sportsman competing in the European and World Triathlon Championships, so he's no stranger to hard work!

Dominka Sepek
Account Executive & Event Coordinator
Dominika is the dedicated account executive for several clients in our portfolio across the motorsport industry.
Dominika joined the business in February 2024, after a successful career as a car rental Branch Manager.
Her experience in the rental industry alongside her Tourism Management degree means she has the tools to provide our clients with the excellent event coordination that we work hard to deliver.

Lauren Brown
Junior Account Executive & Event Coordinator
As one of our junior execs, Lauren’s role is to support the account team with on site and administrative event logistics.
Having joined F42 in 2024 after living in Australia for the best part of a year Lauren is well-travelled and ready to fly high as we support our clients around the world. She’s also multi-lingual speaking fluent English, Spanish and Italian!

Faith Garey
Accounts & Event Administrator
Faith joined the business in 2023 and supports the team with administration and travel coordination, as well as on-site meet and greet assistance.
Her role ensures that we are able to deliver an uninterrupted, painless service from start to finish for our clients.
Faith also completed her MHFA training in 2024 with St John Ambulance, and is our certified mental heath first aider.

Accounts & Event Administrator
After joining F42 in 2024, Lucy assists Dawn and Faith with our event administration services.
From ensuring our clients receive accurate invoices, to supporting with traffic violations and post-event queries, Lucy is able to captilise on her previous experience in operations, logistics, and administration making her the perfect addition to our team.
